![]() U would think a Native American run casino might understand discrimination. Sad because otherwise and overall I would recommend this place. But if u r disabled or have a service dog forget it. They may boost about having a “hero day” for those who served etc. When I called to complain they put us in another room (after maybe they read the law) that was beautiful and not close to comparable to their “barrier free/ service dog friendly” room. The faucet handle was not attached and bathroom smelled like sewage backup (my friend actually vomited due to smell). So I accepted the “lesser” accommodations only to be given a “barrier free” room (which I don’t need) that looked and smelled like a prison cell. When I explained to manager that was discriminating under ADA law I was told to take it up with their legal staff and drop it or leave. I was comped a suite tonight by my casino host only to be told I was moved to a “pet friendly” room. As a person with a service dog I have experienced multiple instances of discrimination by hotel staff who do not seem to understand or respect the law or rights.
